Open the image you want to resize. If the image contains multiple layers, be aware that you can choose to resize all layers or just the current layer. |

Step 2 - Open the Resize dialog |
Choose Image > Resize. The Resize dialog opens. |

Step 3 - *Optional* Resize by Percent or Pixel |
*Optional: In the Pixel Dimensions section, choose Percent or Pixels in the drop down, and then enter the new Width and Height. If the Lock Aspect Ratio check box is marked, note that the Print Size section's Width and Height values will reflect what you've entered here. |

Step 4 - *Optional* Resize by Inches or Centimeters |

The bottom of the dialog contains other options you can set. Experiment with these to find what works best for your image. |
